Booking Policy and Deposits
 

PAYMENT DUE DATES:

• All hunt reservations require a booking contract and a hunt deposit of $1000.00 per hunter at the time of booking

• 50% of the hunt cost by May 1st

• Remaining hunt balance is due by August 1st

• NO REFUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS

For your protection, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending your hunt.

 Must have liability waiver signed, initialed, and dated before hunting date is guaranteed. Call for Contract to be emailed.

What’s Included
All lodging is provided and  fully stocked with grab n go items. An evening meal may be included in accommodations ensuring comfort during your stay depending on the date of your hunt and what contract agreement states.  (Please note that hunting permits and licenses are NOT included in the package price)

**WE do NOT provide transportation to and from hunting locations!

Transportation Details
We can provide a complimentary pickup from the Quincy, Illinois airport. If flying into St. Louis, we recommend arranging a rental service for the approximately two-hour drive to our lodge location and for the week of your hunt.

​ALL Licenses and permits are obtainable through the Illinois DNR. Feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the licensing process.
