2024 BUCKS
2024 Hunting Season Recap: A Year to Remember
The 2024 hunting season proved to be an outstanding one for both archery and gun enthusiasts. The quality of the deer herd this year was nothing short of astronomical compared to past seasons. From the impressive growth of antlers to the increased herd size, it was clear that this year marked a significant improvement in deer management and habitat conditions.
While the temperatures throughout the season were less than ideal for many hunters, the overall experience was still rewarding. The rut this year presented some unique challenges, differing noticeably from previous years. Its timing and behavior patterns made setting up for a productive hunt a bit more demanding. However, the effort paid off, as all our hunters enjoyed their time in the field and celebrated a range of great archery and gun kills.
Looking ahead to the 2025 season, we're excited to build on this year's success. Plans are already underway to introduce new stand locations, ground blinds, and strategically placed food plots to enhance the hunting experience further. Here's to another exceptional season filled with good times, great hunts, and lasting memories!
Our Seasoned Hunters 10+ Years
Mike, Randy, Doug and Gene have hunted with us over 10+ years. These guys are considered our family and hearing the stories get bigger and the
bond a little closer, tells us one thing, we are doing it right!
Hunting at Kiser Creek Whitetail is more than taking an Illinois Deer or "trophy buck", its making memories that last a lifetime!

I have hunted the Robbins' farms for many years (18yrs) with great success. Plenty of Pike County large deer, good accommodations, meals and expert advice of deer movement on each of the farms. You will also be treated with some lil' ones that love to draw a great picture or two just for you!

Friendships & Trophies
WE always say "it's not just taking a trophy whitetail, its about making memories that last a life-time" and Mike Shupe has definitely
made some lasting memories with our family!
In the year 2000 we met a gentlemen we did not know but instantly a forever bond was formed! Mike has had great success over the years hunting on our family farm "KCW" but will be the first to tell anyone don't ever expect to bag a big buck every-time because this is a true fair chase hunt.
Mike's hunting knowledge, passion and overall dedication
has earned him these trophies!
Mike has won many awards in archery shoots over the years where he is full of knowledge and not afraid to share it! If you ever want to know where Mike is at here at Kiser Creek Whitetail, he always hunts with his secret signs and HIGH in the tree! Good luck finding him!
Dale and I along with our family, Garret, MaKayla, Brett, Jessi and all the grandkids
can honestly say he is FAMILY!

(testimony)
In the year 2000 I had an auto accident that I would never forget. I met the Robbins family that year and what Kiser Creek Whitetail was all about. A group of friends and I decided to go to Pike County, Illinois to bow hunt the upper class whitetail deer that roamed that ground. Therefore, I was elected to find a place. So through an organization called Access Illinois, this now over twenty year annual journey began. In that time frame I have been blessed by taking many solid P&Y class deer, passing up several P&Y class deer
and experiencing a few B&C class (without a doubt) whitetail deer. I have also been delighted to be a part of other hunters success through the years. I can't think of any other place that I would go where I could feel free while I hunt, experience the hospitality given, be apart of any other family for a week and
have the opportunity to hunt some of the best ground in Pike Co. It’s been a couple decades for me so far and it will be a couple more (at least) for me to come. Come experience the freedom of the hunt! I
know I always will.
